A comprehensive psychiatric assessment that includes a detailed review of your medical and mental health history, current symptoms, diagnosis, and development of a personalized treatment plan. Medication recommendations and supportive counseling are provided as clinically appropriate.

Medication Management Follow-Up (30 minutes)

Focused follow-up appointments to monitor symptoms, evaluate medication effectiveness, manage side effects, and make medication adjustments as needed while supporting your ongoing treatment goals.

Medication Maintenance Visit (15 minutes)

$125

For established patients who are stable on their current medication regimen and require a brief medication refill or routine check-in without significant changes to treatment.
